Hi! My name is Ethan Herrel!

I am from Sunbury, Ohio and I am a fourth year Forest Fisheries and Wildlife major here at The Ohio State University. I am currently enrolled in Ohio Plants and am very excited to document my discoveries throughout the course of the semester. I have already taken woody plants of Ohio last semester, so I look forward to sharpening my skills with trees and expanding them into the realm of non woody plants. I have loved the outdoors my whole life and love to travel and gain precious experiences. I do this through the medium of rock climbing. I am a super passionate climber that loves weekend trips to Kentucky and West Virginia during the school year and venturing further during longer breaks. Experiencing the various natural landscapes and unique rock formations throughout the country is very important to me.

Motto: Enjoy the little things
