FY 2016-2017
How to write a blog post for The James MH CNS Service Blog.
Thank you for your interest in writing a blog post for The Essence on Nursing (EON). The idea behind this opportunity is for all persons reading a post to have an increased understanding of: mental health care and cancer issues, mental health and cancer research, Relationship-Based Care, possible tools to do things better or in a better way, and opportunities for further discussions.

Helpful Hints:
- Writing a blog is no more than 5 paragraphs long
- Remember HIPAA – no patient identifiers
- Links to other articles or websites that can provide more information about what you are writing about is good
- Blogs are NOT a dissertation, a thesis, a research article
- Blogs are friendly and include things like (but not limited to):
- Review an article you have read (or website, or YouTube video…)
- Share a story about a team building activity
- Share a story about Care of Self or Colleague or Community or Patient/Family
- Share information you learned at a conference (or grand rounds, or Webinar…)
