Walnut Pesto
- 2 Cups Packed Basil
- 3 Tbsp Walnuts
- 3 Large Cloves of Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Water
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Scoop spoonfuls of the pesto onto a baking sheet. Place in freezer until hard. Store in freezer until needed. Mix with pasta, rice, or vegetables for a quick meal option.
