This class has taught me numerous things about online learning. The biggest thing that I learned was the plethora of technologies that are available that allow for better time management and focus on tasks at hand. Using a technology such as Trello along with something such as Study Manager has allowed me to keep organized with all of my tasks as well as organize my time so that I can complete all of my required tasks. Another takeaway from the class is the skills we learned about how to evaluate websites and sources as well as good methods to get refined google results. The last takeaway that I got was about learning styles and how their are theories on how different styles but there are many schools of thought. I personally think that it is very difficult to put students into one single category but believe they mostly overlap into a wide range of categories and teaching styles must be adapted to each student.
