An integral part of the ENR Scholars experience is going outside, getting dirty, learning some new skills, and finding the adventure out there waiting for us. We have several annual traditions (Fall camping trip, hiking trips, belay clinic and climbing nights at the ARC, etc.) and we will be adding in some exciting new trips this coming fall. ENR Scholars, no matter their level of skill coming in, have the opportunity to learn new skills in backpacking, climbing, Leave No Trace, fire-building, paddling, and many other areas. If members want to learn a skill, we will work hard to set up a workshop or clinic! The only required recreation trip we have for ENR is the fall camping trip in the Hocking Hills, but for those looking for adventure, a challenge, or some fresh air–you’re in the right place!
