Sustainability, Community, Outdoor Adventure, Service
The Environment and Natural Resources Scholars program is designed to support students with an interest in exploring the natural world. Students will examine areas such as sustainability, environmental problems and solutions, alternative energy, wildlife management, and outdoor recreation. First-year students will take a seminar course relating to these topics. Class sessions include speakers, lectures and a variety of field trips designed to expose students to real-world problems and experiences. During their second year, students have the opportunity to develop their own project based on personal interests, with support from the ENR Scholars coordinators.
