Community Development Goals
1. Promote gradual changes in infrastructure to increase human capital and encourage tourism
a. Secure funding from possible investors: Communities C, H, and Capital
b. Improve current road or build new road
            i. Acquire rights for the road from mining company
c. Seek volunteers to help build a health care center
d. Acquire funding to build a new grade school and high school
e. Build lodging for tourists
f. Develop options for unique outdoor recreation. Ex. campground, ziplining
2. Preserve natural resources and begin efforts to remove harmful environmental practices
a. Apply strict local environmental laws/policies in an effort to restrict mining
b. Appeal to the capital to place federal environmental laws to restrict mining
c. Develop environmental education programs for residents
3. Increase financial capital via promoting local marketplace activity, tourism and obtaining government funds
a. Secure funding from possible investors: communities C, H, and Capital
b. Seek government assistance in legislating heavy fines for environmental pollution
c. Attempt to increase the tax natural resource extraction by filing a lawsuit with mining corporations
d. Encouraging the growth of small businesses within the community by setting up markets for artisan good vendors
e. Invest small funds for advertisement of local natural capital and recreation
4. Improve political capital by building up stable government structures
a. Increase government transparency in efforts to combat corruption views
b. Set up youth programs in order to identify and groom potential future leaders
c. Contact community I to set up a rural community coalition in efforts to strengthen political representation within the capital
d. Hold weekly community meetings where all residents concerns can be heard
