Objective Statement: The purpose of this meeting is to divide up roles within the group as to who will complete overall tasks within the AEV project. An overview of the project was reviewed, as well as deliverables that will be due within the next week. The team divided up tasks to complete before the next lab period.

Objective Statement: The purpose of this meeting is to catch up on the AEV project, as the class had already missed two labs. Exercise two was finished and exercise three was started. Deliverables that will be due within the next week were reviewed. The team divided up tasks to complete before next lab.

Objective Statement: The purpose of this meeting is to catch up in completing the exercises due to lost class time from cancelled classes. Exercise three was completed, and exercises four and five were started. An additional team meeting was arranged in order to complete exercise four and five outside of class.

Objective Statement: The purpose of this meeting is to catch up in the AEV project due to missed classes and shortened time. The team finalized an AEV design and also completed the screening and scoring charts. This made up exercise four and five.

Objective Statement: The purpose of lab was to conduct research on motor configuration, and make a sketch on paper of the Soildworks drawing of the objects the team wishes to 3D print.

  • Camille Corbi- helped update website meeting notes and minutes, helped create rough draft of Solid-works drawings of pieces we want to 3D print
  • Maddie Gwinn- created format for progress report 2, helped create a rough draft Solid-works drawings of pieces we want to 3D print for the AEV

Objective Statement: The purpose of meeting was to conduct research and testing of the motor configuration, collect data, and create Solid-works pieces for 3D printing.

Completed Tasks:

  • Camille Corbi- helped update website meeting notes and minutes, helped create Solid-works drawings of t-shaped arm with ledge for battery pack.
  • Maddie Gwinn- created format for progress report 2, helped create Solid-works drawings of  t-shaped arm with ledge for battery pack.
  • Ryan Edelbach- Troubleshooted configuration, we had to change the Arudino, got a test run at the end of class.

Objective Statement: The purpose of lab was to conduct research on different size propellers, update the website, and turn in revised progress report one.
