_________________________________________________________
To do/Action Items:

purpose of analyzing and early final concept sketches
-Team members need to attend optional lab session on Tuesday for better preparation during

-Zam emphasize all team members to start thinking about the date for meeting for the extra credit
video and portfolio.
_________________________________________________________
Decisions:
-The final concept sketches decision is based on all team members’ ideas given during the meeting and
discussion in GROUPME. The team would pick ideas from each individual design to be applied to the
final design, to be fair.
-Final concept sketches will be decided on Tuesday (after optional lab session) for all team members
approval. This is to give the team members time to reconsider and dictate what kind of designs should
the final design have.
-During optional lab on Tuesday , team members are going to present their design so that the final
concept sketches can be finalized. This is also the right optimum time to work on designing the final
design and complete some parts for the progress report.
-During optional lab on Tuesday, team members need to give comments about other member’s design
so to produce better final concept AEV. This is also to avoid unsatisfactory for team members after the
final design has been finalized.
_________________________________________________________
Reflections:
The ideas of every team members are crucial for better AEV design. Besides, the critics among
team members on every designs are also important otherwise there will be less benefits in discussion.
Respecting each other ideas and arguments can lead to gaining more knowledge. All in all,
communication and teamwork is the key for better product in a project.

_________________________________________________________
Objective:
-Today main focus is to discuss the importance of having good lab understanding and good time management during lab session.
_________________________________________________________
To do/Action Items:
-Team members need to attend optional lab sessions to recollect performance analysis data due to uncertainty raised during lab 04.
– If the graph with the new data is similar with previous graph, verify both data and graph with available GTAs or Dr Kadri Parris to avoid error.
_________________________________________________________
Decisions/Discussions:
-Zam who was assigned to make graph out of the data had pointed up some uncertainty regarding the data collected as the graph he had created was difference from the sample graph shown in the lab manual.
-He again emphasized that the uncertainty happened was due to the lack of understanding of team members on the lab manual.
-Affiq suggested that every team members need to ask Dr Kadri, GTAs or group members about incomprehensible guidelines or instruction in the lab manual for better clarification.
-All team members need to have discussion on the unstable AEV model on the rail and it need to be solved by lab 06.
_________________________________________________________
Reflections:
Looking on the positive side, uncertainty will provide team members with better understanding as team members will tend to ask many questions to clarify it. However, uncertainty or mistake caused by lack of reading will only add delay to work progress, For example, uncertainty can happen when all the team members neglect and do not read one important line on the lab manual. Thus, good understanding and good preparation will lead to better time management.

difficult.
-Akmal suggested that all assigned task must be completed by team members before Tuesday so

-Zam had pointed out that the final concept design might need to be changed slightly as the wings of
the AEV hit the gate upon running. Recommendation from the GTA are needed.
-Haiqal volunteered himself to be the one who will collect and keep data during the lab that does not
require the use of computer. This is to prevent confusion when working on progress report.
_________________________________________________________
Reflections:
Cooperation among team members is crucial in making sure the project are completed
successfully. Every team member must avoid the shy feeling of asking question among team members
as it will not only made work harder, but also knowledge could not be equally shared.
