All team members are expected to contribute equally and fulfill the requirements of their respective job.
If any team member is unable to accomplish his or her tasks it is expected of them to ask for help and for the team to respond as a whole to make sure the aforementioned task is completed.
Each team member has agreed to sacrifice his or her first newborn unless he or she has been born as the chosen one. In which case evil will not be able to prevail over the newborn and will be vanquished as the prophecy foretold.
If any team member would like to take on more responsibility and another team member feels they could use the spare time, they may allow the other team member to take their responsibilities.
Finally, each member is expected to follow this commitment and make sure that the students come first.
