Week 4

Topics Discussed: Lab 05 Post- Lab and PDR
Objective: Today’s main focus was to discuss the roles of each individual for the AEV project and discuss each person’s contributions to the project as well as their responsibilities. Look ahead at the next lab and figure out what each member needs to accomplish prior to going to lab. Take a look at the PDR and start dividing out parts for each group member to accomplish immediately.
Decisions: The group has decided that the cost for the AEV will be divided evenly and each member is responsible for acquiring their parts. Ian and Eric will work on the programming for the AEV project and Tom and Charlie will work on constructing and designing the AEV project.
Reflections:
– The team was slightly unprepared, Tom and Eric forgot to send the Matlab graphs to ourselves and had to go retrieve them in Hitchcock and Charlie and Ian forgot to send the Matlab files to themselves and had to retrieve those files.
– Group was efficient as usual and got the report done in a timely manner.
– The online portfolio still needs to be updated because it is still behind in terms of the progression of the AEV.
– The group took a look at the PDR slightly, but did not go in depth with it at all.
– Everyone thought their roles for the AEV project were divided evenly and everyone was content with their role/responsibilities.
