Topics Discussed: Lab 10 Post Lab
Objective: Today’s main focus was to work on the Lab 10 progress report, but also to discuss what the group should want to work on for the AEV project. The group will discuss if any more aesthetic changes should be made to the AEV as well as discuss what more there is to do to make the AEV better.
Decisions:
The group has decided to keep the AEV 3D printed part and incorporate that into the AEV design. The group has opted to add 2 more pieces to replicate the Millennium Falcon design. Tom is thinking about spray painting the AEV in order to make it look much more like the design as well. The group thought about what other pieces to add but decided that no more is very necessary. Added pieces ruin the code and require alterations and no more pieces seem necessary to aid in the aesthetic of the design.
Reflections:
– The group really liked Tom’s idea of spray painting the AEV. The design would look more official and would look much more like the actual Millennium Falcon.
– The group would like to work on these progress reports earlier or at least make Eric create the document earlier so people can work on them at their own leisure.
-The group needs to work on the portfolio a little more because we are almost done with the AEV and not much has been added to the portfolio.
