Rapid prototyping advanced research was done to decrease the AEV’s bulkiness and weight. A servo was also incorporated to make braking more accurate. Through these revisions, Team G was able to lessen the AEV’s overall power and time usage while maintaining stopping accuracy and safety. The final AEV design is pictured below. Also, the comparison of Performance Test 2 ran with the original AEV design and the final prototype is shown in the table below.
