The braking accuracy advanced research was done to determine the most accurate braking method between coasting and power braking. The experiment was run on the track with an incline at the beginning and end. From the data combined in the table below, the standard deviation was found. Power braking had a smaller standard deviation than coasting, indicating that power braking is more accurate than coasting. From this experiment, it was concluded that power braking should be used as the AEV braking method.
