3. Team Goal
To help one another and teach each other throughout this semester. Work together to build the best design/code of our capability and work alongside our company to produce the most efficient design.

5. General Team Expectations
What are team member expectations regarding attendance?
Try to find a time that works for everyone, but if someone cannot make it, they must let team know and try and send the data/parts of the report they’re responsible for.
How are team members expected to behave during lab/class periods?
Team members are expected to be engaged and help one another when a teammate is in need of assistance.
How are team members expected to behave during team meetings?
Team members are expected to be focused and open to new ideas.
What are acceptable/unacceptable types of interaction?
Team members should be respectful of one another and should not be disrespectful or rude to one another.
What are team members meant to do between classes?
Work on individual assigned projects and turn them in on time. (ex. work on website, research)
Lab/class preparation?
Normal pre-quizzes and any items that were assigned in the previous lab and not yet finished.
How are team members meant to ensure the team stays on track?
Focus on themselves and help others when asked
How are documents expected to be shared? (e.g. Buckeye Box?)
Documents will be primarily shared with team members via Google Drive.
How many days before an assignment is due should everybody have their portion completed for review?
For smaller assignments, each team member should have their portion ready to review 24 hours before the deadline to turn in the assignment. For larger assignments, each team member is expected to have their portion of the assignment ready to review three days before the assignment deadline.
When should team members first notify the group if they are struggling?
If the task is urgent and contributes to a group assignment, the team member should contact the group immediately. Otherwise, the team member should attempt the assignment first, work to clarify any issues with a TA or Instructor, and then ask team members.
6. Individual Team Member Responsibilities
What roles do team members have?
Luke: Design/mechanical, David: Coding, Kendall: Website, cost/product responsibilities, design updates, Tyler: Meeting minutes, progress question updates, coding/design
How often will these roles/task rotate?
Fairly infrequently; Each team member will be primarily responsible for the items as described above.
7. Conflict Resolution
How will team members above be held accountable?
Team members will be expected to hold one another accountable to those responsibilities listed above.
How will team members that are not meeting expectations(not contributing to the team effectively) be addressed?
Discuss the ways the individual is not meeting expectations in a respectful way with the full team in attendance.
How will team members that are not interacting appropriately with team members be addressed?
Discuss the ways the individual is not meeting expectations in a respectful way with the full team in attendance.
When is it okay to redefine goals, expectations, and responsibilities?
It is okay to redefine goals, expectations, and responsibilities when a team member encounters an issue with them, a team member is uncomfortable in their role, or a team member wishes to revise them in some way and after the entire team approves the applicable changes.
When will UTAs, GTAs, or the instructor become involved?
After team has discussed the issue and tried to provide a solution to the issue. This will mainly be used if there is a continuous issue.
8. Statement/Online Signatures
If any of the team members fail to follow this agreement, it will first try and be resolved within the group but may be taken to the GTAs/UTAs. This team is still responsible for team members late work and will turn in a completed assignment regardless.
