2)  Primary Means of Communication and Expectations

 

  • Group C will primarily communicate through group iMessage
  • Watts Scientific will communicate through GroupMe
  • When necessary (for example when sharing files) emails will be used

 

3)  Scheduling of Meetings

  • Full team meetings will be scheduled approximately 24 hours in advance
  • As 3 members live on South Campus there might be occasional impromptu meetings dependent upon availability and necessity
  • After every class upcoming deadlines will be discussed
  • Tasks are to be delegated for before, during, and after meetings

 

 

4)  General Responsibilities for All Team Members

  • Stay on task during lab.
  • Responsibly maintain communications
  • Complete necessary lab prep.
  • Divide the work fairly and be sure that everyone participates equally.
  • Complete assigned tasks on time.
  • Be on time to all meetings, and notify other team members ahead of time in case of absence from a meeting.
  • Discuss any problems as they arise.
  • Ensure that all team members have a copy of the finished report.
  • Ensure that all team members understand all of the concepts and information presented in the report.

5)  Specific Team Member Responsibilities/Deadlines (Tentative)

  • Conner will handle website design
  • Ryley will handle group coordination
  • Riley- Mechanical design, programming
  • Robbie- Electrical work and programming

6)  Conflict Resolution

In the event of an intergroup conflict the following steps will be taken:

  1. The two or members will try to peacefully resolve and or compromise on the issue
  2. If the issue continues, neutral group members will try to help reach a solution
  3. The group will vote between two options determined by the neutral members
  4. GTA will be asked to make a decision

 

 

7)  Expectations of Faculty and GTA’s

 

The team is responsible for upholding this agreement but faculty may be asked for help when necessary.
