Overall, the AEV was successful in completing its original goals. The AEV efficiently made it to the caboose and brought it back safely to the starting position. Smart City Columbus could eventually adopt the final design of the AEV as the new transportation system. Performing these projects in the present is the gateway to the future and group H’s design could be apart of that future for the follow reasons:
- The AEV has an aerodynamic design to increase efficiency.
- The AEV has a reliable, safe braking system that greatly reduces the power needed.
- The AEV would be able to easily transport citizens across the city of Columbus in a safe manner.
- The AEV is time efficient and energy efficient compared to other modes of transportation.
- The AEV is appealing to the customer’s eye.
Further improvements could still be made for the AEV but overall, it is a very efficient way of transportation. Within the next few decades, AEV’s similar to group H’s could actually exist in the world. In the end, its all about transporting citizens in a fast and safe way. Group H’s AEV could do that.
