Objective:
Finish collecting data for aR&D 3.
Topics Discussed: Lab 18
- Larenz coded the AEV to travel 525 marks at 40% power
- The power was adjusted until it could function properly with this amount of power at 525 marks
- The AEV was coded to go further and further distances (530, 540, 545)
- The power was adjusted until it could function properly with this amount of power at each set of marks
- The team decided the AEV could not go any farther without hitting the brackets on the rails with the brake
To Do/Action Items:
- Begin coding to complete the final performance test (All – April 9)
- Begin progress report 3 and final oral presentation poster (All – April 7)
Reflections:
- The data must be adjusted for the final performance test because the incline is more steep going toward the final loading dock
