We want to put out A level work and succeed within out project and group. We want to finish our work ahead of schedule, so we have time to check it over.

Frequency: Weekly or as needed.
Primary Meeting Time: Sunday at 2pm in Houston.
Secondary Meeting Time: Tuesday at 6:30p in Houston.

- General Team Member Expectations
Attendance: Everyone goes to meetings, unless reasonable issues occurs.
Behavior: Respectful and participatory.
Acceptable Interactions: Project focused.
Unacceptable Interactions: Being disrespectful.
Preparation: Do your work before it’s due.
Sharing Documents: Google Docs.
Due Dates: Work should be done 2 days before deadline.
Struggles: Notify group immediately.
- Individual Team Member Responsibilities/Deadlines
Keith Maple- President of Meeting Documentation. In charge of taking meeting minutes and documenting performance.
Kevin McIlvaine- Vice President of Coding Operations. Works with Mikaela to code the Arduino.
Mikaela Sellers- Vice President of Coding Operations. Works with Kevin to code the Arduino.
Erica West- Solidworks Manager. Takes lead on the creation of Arduino 3-D parts.
Rotation: These roles and tasks are fluid and can change at any time.
- Conflict Resolution
We will hold each other accountable for their work. If there are small issues within the group, we can fix them amongst ourselves. If it becomes a reoccurring issue and intercommunication is not effective, the UTA’s/GTA’s/Instructor will be involved.
- Expectations of Faculty and GTA’s
If a team member fails to live up to this agreement, the situation may be reported to the staff, but the team will still be responsible for submitting a completed assignment. Staff will be available to meet with teams to resolve issues.
