2)  Primary Means of Communication and Expectations

The primary means of communication within the group is through the app “GroupMe.” All messages should be answered within 24 hours. If this does not apply, phone calls will be made.

3)  Scheduling of Meetings

Within the “GroupMe” app, schedules will be shared so that meeting times can be created. Meetings will most likely be at night on Wednesdays.

4)  General Responsibilities for All Team Members

  • Stay on task during lab.
  • Divide the work fairly and be sure that everyone participates equally.
  • Complete assigned tasks on time.
  • Be on time to all meetings, and notify other team members ahead of time in case of absence from a meeting.
  • Discuss any problems as they arise.
  • Ensure that all team members have a copy of the finished report.
  • Ensure that all team members understand all of the concepts and information presented in the report.

5)  Specific Team Member Responsibilities/Deadlines (If applicable)

Mike

  • Writes down all of the team meeting minutes and updates the list on the website and edits formal papers as they are finished.

Nick:

  • In charge of a majority of the programming and assists with creating the AEV design.

Brad

  • Ensures the website is properly formatted, edits formal papers as they are finished, and assists with creating the AEV design.

Matt:

  • In charge of the first draft of formal reports, creating possible ideas for the grant proposal, and checking over and code written.

6)  Conflict Resolution

If problems do occur within the group, any issues will be resolved in the next meeting with all team members present. If this does not solve the issue, the instructor will be informed.

7)  Expectations of Faculty and GTA’s

If a team member fails to live up to this agreement, the situation may be reported to the staff, but the team will still be responsible for submitting a completed assignment.  Staff will be available to meet with teams to resolve issues.
