R&D Testing

Through our Advanced Research and Development, Team O will be researching how to efficiently and consistently stop the AEV and how the battery affects AEV performance.

We have found that power braking is a more consistent way to stop the AEV even though it is more costly in terms of energy. We also found that the battery does not affect the performance of the AEV during test runs. Using this information, we will code our AEV to stop using power braking and not worry about which battery we choose to power our AEV as its affect is minimal.
