Division L’s goal is to work together as a team to create the most efficient and effective AEV possible that fulfills its task, all while considering the cost, efficiency, and form factor of the vehicle. The following will be considered during the design and construction process:

- Design: Using all available parts (as well as 3D printing parts as needed), create the lightest and fastest design possible
- Coding: Code as precise and concise as we can in order to get the best performance from the AEV
- Energy: Use a low amount of energy
- Cost: Use cost effective design
