The AEV Project began by creating a sample AEV, that was given as a guide by the company. The sample AEV was used up to Preliminary R&D, after that the Design was changed.

Using the groups ideas from the Creative Design Activity in the Preliminary R&D the AEV was then modified by shifting and moving the trapezoid of the sample AEV to the side, making it parallel to the base. This AEV was codenamed AEV 01.

Then for performance Test one another AEV design was made in order to compare it with AEV 01. This AEV was codenamed AEV 02. AEV was not as efficient as AEV 01, therefor the group decided to continue with AEV 01.
