  • Primary Means of Communication and Expectations:

All concerns and general communications should be shared in the already existing group chat. Any homework assignment is completed over Google Docs so that every member can take part.

3)  Scheduling of Meetings

The necessity of meetings will be discussed at the end of every class period. Any further questions and planning will take place in the group chat. Reminders will be sent out 2 hours before by Jaocb. An outline of the events at the meeting will be created before by a team member. This member will be chosen at the end of class and will rotate.

4)  General Responsibilities of all Team Members

  • All homework tasks completed over google docs will be split evenly; parts can be chosen over the group chat
  • Work during the labs will be split evenly; members will stay on task during labs
  • Any confusion or hesitancy in the homework will be communicated so other members can contribute or help alleviate any confusion
  • Everyone will have access to each assignment over google docs
  • Any problems with how the group is communicating or working will be addressed quickly in a rational manner

5)  Specific Team Member Contributions

  • Ethan and Erin will handle all oral presentations and reminders for meetings
  • Jacob and Cade will review all team work and double check to make sure it meets standards set in grading rubric

6)  Conflict Resolution: Any potential conflict will be resolved with these steps and rules

  • All team members will be included in any discussion over any frustrations such as complaints over one team member
  • Team will first work to solve the issue by themselves
  • If this does not work a meeting can be mediated by a TA
  • Any unresolved frustrations with a team member’s work ethic at the end of the semester will be communicated in evaluations

7)  Faculty Expectations

If a team member fails to live up to this agreement, the situation may be reported to the staff, but the team will still be responsible for submitting the completed assignment. Staff will be available to meet with the team for conflict resolution.
