2) Primary Means of Communication and Expectations
All team members have agreed to communicate through GroupMe and the OSU student email accounts. Members agreeing to check the mediums daily and respond no later than 12 hrs after initial contact.
3) Scheduling of Meetings (Schedule at least one meeting as part of constructing your team agreement.)
The team agrees to talk at the end of each lab and decide which day, within the following week, would work best for everyone to meet and work on project. If further meetings are required that week, the team will decide when that will be at the initial weekly meeting.

Agenda: Complete any work not finished in lab, and come up with a plan for the following lab’s deliverables. General touch base, between labs.
4) General Responsibilities for All Team Members
- Every member is present for every lab. If a member cannot make it to the lab they’re to notify other members beforehand.
- Members will be aware of due dates and items due for all assignments.
- Make sure all work is divided equally between members.
- Any assignment given to a member needs to be turned in on time.
- Communication is key, all members must engage in group dialogue.
- During labs every member is devoting their full attention to the project.
- Make it to all group meetings, if you can’t attend notify the rest of the team.
5) Specific Team Member Responsibilities/Deadlines (Optional)
Responsibilities will shift, situations occur that are not for seeable, and team members need to be ready and willing to adapt to company needs.
6) Conflict Resolution
When a conflict arises in the group, the following steps will be carried out until the problem is resolved.
- Speak individually and see if the problem can be fixed in this way.
- Address the issue in the group meeting, if problem persists or pertains to everyone.
- Finally notify GTA and staff of the conflict, if the problem cannot be resolved within the team.
7) Expectations of Faculty and GTA’s
Faculty will have time available to assist with questions that may arise, pertaining to the AEV project. If a team member breaks any of this agreement, staff with be available to assist and help come to a resolution for the issue.
