In the lab today, there was a lot of paperwork that was required to be completed. The inventory was checked by Matt and Alan. Chris and Kyle made the official webpage for the company and divisions.
Kyle printed out the required paperwork and read through the PDFs.
Each group-mate filled out there contact information and a GroupMe was created.
Alan is responsible for bring the kit to meetings.
We decided to meet before the next lab period to continue to work on the website.
All team members are to work on there contact information.
Chris is to work on the website.
Meeting #2

Each team member wrote their contact information and their short description.
The mission statement was completed by all team members.
Chris filled out the new meeting notes.
A Division O main page was created by Kyle.
The next lab meeting was discussed.
All members are to read the lab materials for the next meeting.
Alan is going to bring the kit to lab.

- Get familiar with the basic Arduino function calls
- Create Arduino function calls glossary on website

All members read over the Progress Report Questions and Website Deliverables.
Chris started putting together the AEV.
Kyle tested the motors and started experimenting with the code.
Matt took the meeting notes.
Alan worked on the basic Arduino function calls glossary.
We plan on updating the code with all team members at the next meeting.
Meeting #4

- Test sensors
- Get more familiar with the Arduino code
- Set up the Data Analysis Tool and run it
- Brainstorm ideas for the AEV design
- Program the AEV for the given scenario
- Test the AEV on the track
The whole team tested the sensors on the AEV and played around with the code.
Kyle and Chris set up the Data Analysis tool.
All the members interpreted the data and made suggestions.
Matt took the meeting notes .
Alan started brainstorming AEV designs.
The whole team worked on programming the AEV and testing it on the track.
