The team met briefly before class on January 31st, around 5:00 PM, to discuss how to proceed with the AEV project. First, the team leader, Joseph Dandrea, declared that the team will meet together on Tuesdays between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM to complete weekly progress reports. The team tried this the previous week, and the report was easily finished within the two hour time frame. Dandrea also stated that he would personally work on the online portfolio and ensure it was finished by the end of the AEV project. This decision was made because the team leader enjoys writing blogs. Finally, Travis Lee brought up the necessity to work on the video project. The team decided it will try to meet together during one February weekend to do the first part, but the specific weekend has not yet been agreed upon.
