Lab 2 Meeting Notes

This week, the group met on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. in the First Year Engineering Computer Lab at Hitchcock Hall, as this was the best time that everyone was available. Each group member discussed the possibility of meeting every week during this time unless there are other commitments that come up for any of the group members. In the future, meetings will be planned based off how much needs to be accomplished and communications will be made through GroupMe or discussions in class. This week, the group will probably not need to meet again until next Sunday to work on the next lab progress report and the preliminary AEV work. At this meeting, the group began writing this project rubric and discussed what their goals would be for the upcoming week. It was discovered that a time slot of approximately 1 hour would be sufficient every week to write the progress reports, but more time may be necessary depending on the week. Additionally, the group worked together to make sure all of its portfolios were set up correctly to ensure everyone was prepared for the upcoming classes.
