Meeting #2:
Date: 2/4/17 (Think Tank in Torres House)
Time: 7:30 pm
Members Present: Jared Weist, Heyi Chen, Brandon Cruz
Objective of Meeting:
Finish Progress Reports for lab 2 & 3, assign roles for the reports, remind group members about upcoming assignments for the class.
Previous Meeting:
Basic assembly of the AEV, be prepared for sensor testing and coding. Finished and submitted the first progress report.
Upcoming Meeting “Homework”:
- Finish PR_3 and PR_4 – All members
- Brainstorm and finish sketches to put into the Project Portfolio – All members

Decisions:
- Group consensus was achieved before making any decisions.
Previous Assignment:
- Roadblocks: The sensors did not give the group any problems. After a little troubleshooting and coding, the sensors were calibrated and set up to correspond with the current design.
How can things be improved for the next time:
- The group will focus on working without getting distracted and staying on task, as well as researching different materials / designs for the AEV.
- The group will be more focused on testing during lab and working outside of lab.
Team Meeting Result: One progress report was finished, the other was started and a large portion of work was finished on that progress report. Group assignments were handed out : to finish a sketch and insert it into the next progress report (before lab 4).
