Sensor and System Analysis 1

In lab 2 the group was assigned to connect the external sensors to the AEV, to get practice troubleshooting issues, and to become familiar with how to use functions to have the AEV control itself by getting data from its external sensors.

After gathering all the necessary information the data was then used to calculate the efficiency of each propeller under different situations in order to let the group know which propeller to use for the AEV from this point going forward.

Takeaways

General/Code – Practicing writing code and try the code in the hardware(arduino nano), is a good way to experiment the capabilities of the AEV project.

General – Is important to have all the pieces of the AEV project in the correct order and have it secure it with screws.

Code – Even after compile and sent the code to the arduino, it’s important and helpful to debug the code manually.
