The team was taught how to screen and score designs as a means to evaluate which AEV models were better or worse, and in what areas they were better or worse compared to previous designs.
It took some time for the AEV to be disassembled from the previous generic design, and then to be reassembled into the new design. The AEV was then ran on the straight track, and data was then collected and evaluated, and the AEV design was screened and scored according to the differences the team observed. By the completion of this lab, the team learned how to screen and score AEV designs as a means of evaluating them which will help the group make better AEV designs in subsequent labs.
