In Lab 6 the lids were demolded. To demold the lids, the lid of the dish was removed. A circular cutter was then placed on top of the cured PDMS. The dish was then placed under a press that applied enough pressure to cut out the lid. The circular lid was then carefully removed from the dish. The lid was aligned on top of the milled acrylic wafer to mark where the holes should be punched. Three holes were punched, one for the waste well and one for each staging well. The lid was then complete for use in the Lab on a Chip.
The PDMS chip created from lab 5 was used for the rest of the lab on the chip experiment
