ITS Description

The concept is a cylindrical object with an inner braking mechanism to keep it still when placed on top of a handrail and a ball bearing that will make it easy to pull. It has some hook or rope underneath where bags can be hung while the user only has to carry a rope up the stairs. Once they get to the top, the brake is somehow released, and the whole thing can be pulled up from the top of the stairs. Once the whole thing is at the top, the brake can be reengaged, and the user can grab their things. It will be portable enough to wrap up and store it in a bag. This product accomplishes the task of carrying many/heavy things up a staircase. It is useful for overcoming the pains of the inconveniences of this task, difficulties for the elderly or disabled for carrying things upstairs, and potentially dropping the items. The value gained from this product includes more efficiency in moving things upstairs, more independence from elderly/disabled people, and reduced risk of injury.
