Objective:
The objective of this meeting was to work together in creating a website for the company Baker International Group. The team went through the ADVANCE ENERGY VEHICLE DESIGN PROJECT MISSION CONCEPT REVIEW (MCR) AND DELIVERABLES and discussed about the roles of each individual in the team. The team also discussed about the future team meeting minutes and came up on a common ground with the time and place for these meetings.

Topics discussed:
- Dharoov and Kenya : Worked on the basic layout of the group website and formed pages for the group and filled in the information about the group members.
- Nikitha and Kuo : worked on the team meeting minutes for this assignment as well as suggestes roles for the members of the group.
Reflections:
- The team decided on the team meeting minutes and should stick to the schedule that the team agreed on.
- Assigning roles will surely help in working together as a team on future assignments.

Objective:
The objective of this meeting was to work together in discussing about the content needed for the website update 2 for the company Baker International Group. The team discussed about the roles and responsibilities of the team members in creating the website update 2 and future tasks pending for the lab on Tuesday.
- Work on creating a website update 2 for the company.
- Discuss the work pending from previous lab to be completed in the lab on Tuesday.
- Decide the roles of team members.
Topics discussed:
- Dharoov and Kenya : Worked on the AEV design and the final team design.
- Nikitha and Kuo : worked on the codes for the labs scenario 1 and sensory lab.
Reflections:
- The team decided that the members should invest more time in the team meeting for the smooth running of the AEV project.
- Completion of the task in the lab itself will surely go a long way.

The objective of this meeting was to work together in discussing about the progress of the AEV and finish the incomplete labs 3 and 4. The team discussed about the roles and responsibilities of finishing tasks pending for the lab on Tuesday.

- The team decided that the AEV design was heavily balanced at the end and decided to reconsider the AEV design.

The objective of this meeting was to work together in discussing about the progress of the AEV and decide on how to work on fixing the AEV design based on errors encountered in previous lab. The team discussed about the roles and responsibilities of finishing tasks pending for the upcoming lab.

- The team decided that the AEV design needed to be redesigned in order to move further with the upcoming labs and test.

Objective:
The objective of this meeting was to work together in discussing about the progress of the AEV after the success test run. The team discussed about the roles and responsibilities of finishing tasks for upcoming tests which included battery testing and servo function .

- Write code to test design

- The team decided that the AEV design needed to be tested for maximum efficiency.
- The team considered the new results from the tests conducted for the AEV.
- The team assigned respective roles for the upcoming presentation.
Meeting #6
Key Priorities
Key Priorities are as follows:
To allow for a more efficient motion of the AEV with the use of a servo motor to enhance the braking system.
To allow for efficient energy use with the help of a productive battery.
To allow for easier and safer motion of AEV by using an aerodynamic design as discussed in presentation to move across the inclined plane.
In order to achieve the key priorities the Approaches are as follows:

The objective of this meeting was to work together in order to review the AEV design setup and discuss on how to proceed on developing the AEV before the performance test. The team went through the ADVANCED ENERGY VEHICLE DESIGN PROJECT MISSION CONCEPT REVIEW (MCR) AND DELIVERABLES and discussed about the roles of each individual in the team. The team also discussed about the future team meeting minutes and came up on a common ground with the time and place for these meetings.

The team discussed about the roles and responsibilities of the team members in accomplishing the tasks before the deadline.

- Dharoov and Kenya : worked on getting documentation for the upcoming committee meeting and gave input on arduino
- Nikitha and Kuo : worked on the arduino code for loading part of performance test

- Completion of the committee meeting as well as second performance test requirements in small portions will surely go a long way.

The objective of this meeting was to work together in discussing about the progress of the AEV and the upcoming progress report..The team discussed about the roles and responsibilities of finishing tasks pending for the final performance test. The team also split up work regarding progress report 3.

- Discuss roles for progress report 3.
- Assigning roles for team members for the progress report 3.

Reflections:
- The team assigned parts to complete for the progress report.
- The team felt that they had tested the AEV thoroughly and needed one more test run in order to check the loading routine as well as gate routine performance of the AEV test, according to the performance test requirement.
