Topics Discussed: Lab 1
Objective:
The goal for today is to let the team familiarize settings of “Team meeting minutes”, the instruction of creating the U.OSU webpage, and building up communications among teams under one company.
To do/Action Items:
– U.OSU.EDU (Team Page) – (JG, MR)
– Intracompany communications – (SH)
– First trial of team meeting minutes – (CZ)
Topics & Decisions:
– The team decided to familiarize the components distributed prior to in-class introductions
– Shewina suggested that the Team Working Agreement sheet be done first since the sheet reminded each team member of their duties. The Team Working Agreement sheet was finished and printed out.
– Jingyu reminded others of the pre-quiz and the reading materials for Lab2. The rule was made that team members read ahead the related documents before meeting to improve efficiency.
Reflections:
– Attending meetings on time requires reinforcement since Chuan was late for half an hour
– Team members are supposed to read ahead the documents that are to be discussed.
