Mission Concept Review

Background

In 2016, Columbus received a 50 Million dollar grant in order to become the country’s first Smart City. The first area chosen to be affected by the new Smart city is Linden. The population is about 30,000 and this area was chosen because they have very little access to banking healthcare and grocery stores.

Main Objective

The group has been assigned to create an AEV to transport citizens from Linden to Easton or Polaris. The AEV should be electrically powered and be capable of moving forward and backwards on a monorail system. Each group will submit a model that is able to fit the criteria and as well be efficient.
