In order to create the most effective vehicle which meets all expectations and goals that have been set, we had to conduct adequate research on various different aspects of the AEV (Links below). In doing so, we researched aspects such as the weight distribution and positioning of components on the vehicle, such as the wheel-arm and battery/Arduino board. All of these aspects of the vehicle were then researched in-depth, taking into account the impact that they have on the vehicles overall performance with each modification during each test. From the collected data, we then decided on the final design.
