Topics Discussed: Group Final Conceptional Design For AEV

Objective:

The group members need to finish their own designs before coming to the meeting, and the group would choose the best one and make some improvements.

To do/Action Items:

  • Final Conceptional Design (AI, CL, ZT, ZZ)
  • Outline for Executive Summary(AI, CL, ZT, ZZ)

Decisions:

The group chose part of CL and ZT’s design.

Reflections:

  • It is hard to decide which design is better. Perhaps we need some experiments to determine the performance of each design.
  • It is not convenient for all members to get together to talk something. Next time we prefer to use online chatting.

Reflections:

  • Online discussion is convenient and high efficient.
  • The task distribution is reasonable.

The group need to determine each member to finish which part of the summary and distribute assembling task of the vehicle.

Decisions:

  • This discussion is efficient and the team decided to remove the streamline head due to its cost.
