Lab 02 – Arduino Programming Basics
The Arduino Programming Basics lab introduced Team C to the basics behind controlling the AEV. The team gained greater knowledge about how to set up the AEV programming software, command functions that operate the AEV, and troubleshooting techniques if the written code proved to contain errors. A simple scenario was presented to the team so that greater familiarity would occur with basic Arduino programming commands which would be utilized in the completion of the final AEV mission. When an issue did occur, with the coding, the team was able to brainstorm with each other in order to troubleshoot the issue. Overall, this lab allowed the team to gain greater knowledge about the Arduino programming commands, troubleshooting, and the different equipment components of the AEV.
