What do I think about teenager’s job?

Overall, I think this is important issue to discuss and talk because it became an international issue and there are a lot of teenagers suffering because they are pushed to work.

Am I with or against this idea ?

Before answering this question, I always wonder about how we can make a great children when we push them to work early. This isn’t fair.So, the answer is this I completely refuse this idea for many reasons. The first reason is that they are kids and they’re supposed to focus in their classes, not their jobs.

The second reason is there is no chance for the teenager to improve his skills in another field because he always busy. Education and job aren’t everything.

Some people will say, if you put them in jobs the will learn more things about life and the will be successful. This isn’t true because they can’t understand everything about life when they are kids beside they have no time to learn something new about life. Because of that, I think we should forbid hiring teenagers. They need to study, not work.

For sure, may some one will say that they are poor, They need to get money. To answer for that question I would say that they aren’t supposed to gain money in this age. They are supposed to get full mark to join university and the government and parents are responsible to provide everything that the teenager need to.

Traffic is the main problem when they build a new building at the area. Don´t care which neighborhood, always there are traffic since beginning the build until the finish construction. After finish building, the traffic will consumers and employees car’s. Many people walking around the neighborhood, the neighbor consumers and consumers that live other area. Despite, there are parking in a new shopping center, sometime it is not  enough  and people looking for parking around neighborhood. Some streets are crowded, because it don’t have too much parking remembering can be family neighborhood, many people living there and they need parking for their.

Moreover, building cause pollution with construction noise, after already with light, ar condition, trash, noise with car, people walking, and talking. This is not good for some neighborhood, because there are places where people choose for be safe, privacy and calm place.

Therefore crowded place can be dangerous news consumers  and the main for kids and old neighborhood. There are stories and investment can bring crime at neighborhood, and beginning the safe place in dangerous place. Also when build new construction sometimes is not traditional as neighborhood losing the neighborhood characteris.

                There are many transportations in the world, for example: cars, trains, ships and airplanes. Each one of their has the importance. I will talk about airplanes because I think airplanes the important Invention of transportations. Airplanes make the life people more easier. They can traveling among countries in a few time. Also airplanes make a arrival to far countries as possible. It can cross all seas without any difficulty. It makes meeting people more quickly for example: businessmen, governments. There are also negative things not just positive things for airplanes like the high price for tickets and possible dangers because of changes in weather. Last things I want to talk about the quick development in transportation especially in airplanes where inventors are always trying to find more improvements. How do we know maybe after 5 years or 10 years we can go on a tour around the world in a few time.

We were fine until a big storm started quickly! When we realize our yacht had been taken by the water. We should be quick and try to take as many possible things to try to survive and we had to jump in the lifeboat quickly. We had to have a plan because our time was short to think. We had time to catch only 15 items and none of us had experience in shipping! We remember a lesson that the ALP we had with Captain Chris! And we remember that the most important things should be things that we might be spotted as mirrors or any sort of fuel that could be burned and make smoke. Then, we should take things to eat and survive such water and canned food.

The less important things would be objects for navigation and useless things, because, as much as we knew how to navigate and locate in the middle of the ocean, we would not have to move and we were depending luck. Many of us survived because we remember the day that we had a lesson in survival with Captain Chris!

We will check the amount of food in beginning. And we will check if we have enough food for many days after that we would divide it to meals. However, just one will be a larger than others for a last supper. We would motionless for don’t consume stamina. We always don’t forget turn the mirror to the sky. We would begin the fishing when our meal became the last one. They would eat me first when food is gone. Because I am the oldest one in this class. Will they cook me a BBQ by used the petrol thats left? However, the fire moved to the yacht. This story finished when everything burned.

        Having many subjects beside your specialist subject or major that great idea which some university do it in this time to be required for the students. In addition, this point will gives the university and their student many of advantages and opportunities.

       The opportunities for the student to have a good background and a new information about new field that it is not related to their major. The student will be educated to have variety information in their life.

        In addition of that, Getting a new knowledge about other field or subject that gives the student improving to be able to communicate with the people and sharing them ideas in many subjects in spite of them basic major.

        Also, If the student get a new subject that gives him opportunity to figure out a new information might interesting to him. Some of people explore himself on another field besides his major. He will be able to have a new talent and can success in that field. For example: If someone how has a major like engineering and he takes a music class which is not his major and also he likes a music, He will enjoy this class and also, will be expert in this field because he is interested by the music.

       If the student have many subjects out of their major that will give them great education from the university. I think all the university need to do that to have a great students in our society.

    What do you know about American Thanksgiving? This is the question of our teacher Chris, to write about the American Thanksgiving. When I started to think of what I will answer for this question, I didn’t find in my mind about the thanksgiving only a little information. Instance, it is a holiday in the United States of America, also the all family meeting together on this day and eat a turkey and other dishes.

    However, I searched about the thanksgiving on the internet. To prepare for my writing about the thanksgiving in America, when the American celebrate for the thanksgiving, what they do in this celebration, and the history of this celebration.

    The history of the thanksgiving in America was started in 1621, the Plymouth colonists and Wampanoag Indians shared an autumn harvest feast that is acknowledged today as one of the first Thanksgiving celebrations in the colonies. For more than two centuries, days of thanksgiving were celebrated by individual colonies and states. It wasn’t until 1863, in the midst of the Civil War, that President Abraham Lincoln proclaimed a national Thanksgiving Day to be held each November.

    When the American celebrate for the thanksgiving and what they do in this celebration. Each year on the fourth Thursday in November, Americans gather for a day of feasting, football and family. While today’s Thanksgiving celebrations would likely be unrecognizable to attendees of the original 1621 harvest meal, it continues to be a day for Americans to come together around the table with some updates to their food menu.

            David J. Staley, who is this?  what did I hear from him ? he is a professor in department of history at Ohio State University. Dr David introduced a lecture about the future of higher education which was for ALP students last tuesday. He talked about many subjects related to the future of higher education which was his interesting researches.

        He said the education in the future will seem innovative and very different especially by technology, online courses, how technology will shape learning, what will happen of the number of enrollments which come to the university to get a bachelor degree if the student concern in online courses and other ways to study Also, he supplemented, the online courses will become a core different in attracting students and corporate partners. He mentioned the universities that give online courses for example: oc@ku gives free interactive university courses anytime, anywhere.

        He talked about the companies that give own degree and certifications in their field  like Microsoft and Mcdonald’s company.The lecture was helpful for me and I learned new information about online learning. However, I read about this subject when I came back my home. I was interested when I  did that. Finally, I will be agog when I see what will happen in future.

           I like two places in campus. First Thompson library which is quite, comfortable and helps students to study and there is cafe shop. I went to the library many times  to study. I met American students but I have not spoken with them, because I did not know what to say and I have a low voice and feel shy. The second place is Ohio Union. More students like this place where there is a cafe shop, restaurants, halls, student activities and offices. I went there to study but this place I think is not right place to study more than to entertain . Now I  wish I have time to go to study in the places like these but I do not have time.

What have I read in my book?

    First of all, I have read five pages of 48 pages, so I can give you a preview without going into the details. My book talks about St.Patrick’s Day.

    March 17 is Saint Patrick holiday. It is an Irish holiday and a day for everyone to wear the color green. So, if you want to celebrate in this day, you must wear green. The Irish celebrate St.Patrick’s Day every year.

Why do the Irish celebrate St.Patrick’s day?

    The Irish celebrate it because they think St.Patrick protected them and brought the Christian religion to Ireland.

In many ways, St.Patrick has become an American holiday but you should know that St.Patrick’s Day isn’t an official government holiday like Presidents Day. So, schools, banks and businesses are all open on St.Patrick’s Day.
