Motor Configuration

We have done Advanced Research & Design 3 on Motor Configuration Test.

Final results indicate that forward pushing is most efficient in AEV design. Detailed analysis is presented below.

All data presented below are processed to get the average of THREE  same rounds to eliminate the effects of random errors.

Time vs Energy With Caboose

This graph shows that under same set of codes, the power consumption of our AEV is almost the same for each round. Slight difference between each curve is due to battery issues.

Time vs Distance With Caboose

This graph indicates a huge advantage in a configuration of both forwarding motor setting. This setting enable AEV to travel two times further than another mixed configuration of motor. Forwarding Motor configuration is chosen for our final design.
