Visiting the Berlin Wall
Today we visited the Berlin Wall memorial.
This first picture is of the total complexity of the “wall”. It shows “no mans land” where many traps were set up in order to stop escapees from leaving the east part of Berlin.
This image is of a plaque of a person who escaped.
A remaining part of the wall that is still standing.
