Mentor retention is incredibly important to Empower Mentoring. We strive to create a supportive, fulfilling experience for mentors and hope that they will remain committed to the organization throughout their time at OSU.
At the start of each semester, a form will be posted here for returning mentors to indicate their interest in continuing to serve in this position.
