2004 e-Book on Election Law

The e-Book on Election Law is an online treatise written collectively by the Election Law @ Moritz faculty.

The primary content of the e-Book is a series of short, explanatory entries on a wide variety of election law topics, primarily written before the 2004 General Election. Some entries serve as a basic introduction to the particular topic, while others provide a more advanced discussion of the relevant issues. Together, these entries form an electronic encyclopedia. Like any reference source, these entries are designed to be objective and accurate; they identify areas of uncertainty where they exist and describe competing viewpoints with respect to issues of controversy.

The e-Book is divided into eight Parts, each of which is further divided into several sections. On the opening web-page for each Sections, you will find a list of entries, an annotated bibliography, applicable statutes, and other information relevant to that topic.
