November 8, 2016
Each federal election, Moritz College of Law’s Election Law @ Moritz program monitors Election Day developments throughout the nation for legal problem, and to provide real-time analysis and commentary to news media and the legal community. This year, our day-long “Election Central” headquarters will be in the Ohio Union Great Hall. We will especially be watching the Presidential race and the handful of U.S. Senate races that could be pivotal, to see if any races are within the margin of litigation or have given rise to legal issues deserving of analysis and comment.
