Using Rasch Modeling to a Create a More Valid Test Blueprint for a Certification Examination

This exhibit reports a reanalysis of data from a collaboration with a certification body in which EHE staff had generated a blueprint for their certification examination using standard techniques. The reanalysis applied Rasch modeling to translate importance and frequency ratings into linear criticality scores, which were transformed into blueprint.
