EDUTL 2189- Pre-Education Field Experience

The pre-education field experience (EDUTL 2189) provides undergraduate students the opportunity to work in a supervised professional setting at schools or community agencies. More information about this 1 credit hour field experience can be found on our pre-education field experience page.

EDUTL 2189 is a separate requirement from EDUCST 2189S (FEEP).

EDUTL 2189 is required for the following majors, and is offered every Autumn, Spring, and Summer term:

  • Child and Youth Studies (CYS)
  • Primary Education
  • Primary Visual Impairment Education
  • Middle Childhood Education
  • Integrated Language Arts Education
  • TESOL Education
  • World Language Education

Applications for Spring 2025 EDUTL 2189 are due November 22, 2024.
