The Comprehensive Monitoring Team (CMT) has released an initial report about SARS-CoV-2 dynamics and response at The Ohio State University. Part of the efforts of the CMT includes modeling transmission dynamics on the Columbus campus. Here is a technical report describing this modeling work, including our methodology for the effective reproduction number estimates presented in the CMT report.
