Penny A. Pasque, HESA and the Qualitative Methods Lab (QualLab), saw the impact factor of the Review of Higher Education, of which she is the first female editor in three decades, rise from 1.5 to 2.545, a significant change. The Review is the official journal of the Association for the Study of Higher Education and one of the top journals in the field.
