After earning her Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology at Duke University, Alison Koenka joined the Department of Educational Studies as a postdoctoral researcher in July 2015. Alison is interested in motivational consequences of feedback delivered to students across developmental periods and academic contexts. She uses both primary and secondary data, along with meta-analytic methods, to pursue this line of research.
